Volunteer Clearances

All returning parent volunteers with expired clearances will complete a Volunteer Registration Packet which can be found below or picked up at any school office or the Educational Service Center. 

Upon completion of the Volunteer Registration Packet, volunteers should bring the following information in-person to the front desk at the Educational Service Center, located at 775 Marion Road, York, PA 17406: 

• Completed Registration Packet
• Current Clearances
• State-Issued Photo ID or Driver's License

Upon completion of the registration process, volunteers will be entered into the District's Volunteer database and will be issued a volunteer badge for the new school year. Volunteer badges will be sent to the school building and can be picked up during your first volunteer visit to the school.

All Athletic Volunteers will require School Board approval before serving as a volunteer for a sport.  If you wish to serve as an Athletic Volunteer, please contact our Athletic Director, Dan Hagerman, to begin the Athletic Volunteer registration process.  Please note that, returning Athletic Volunteers are not able to re-register through the new online portal – all Athletic volunteers must be Board approved.
